Finding us in George Central

We are in Suite 12, Prince Vintcent Square, on Gloucester Avenue in George Central, within walking distance of Mediclinic George. If you know the Mediclinic, you are close enough to walk.

There is undercover parking in Prince Vintcent Square, so you are not circling for a bay before an appointment. The entrance is ramped and the practice is wheelchair accessible throughout, including the consulting rooms and the bathroom.

Patients travel to us from Wilderness, Mossel Bay, Knysna and across the Garden Route. If you are coming from out of town and want to be sure of a slot, book online rather than walking in.

Which way to reach us, and when

Four channels, and they are genuinely not interchangeable. Picking the right one is the difference between an answer today and an answer tomorrow.

• Phone reception for anything time-sensitive: you feel unwell today, you need to move an appointment, you are unsure whether to come in.
• Book online when you know what you need and want a time held for you. It takes under a minute and it is the surest way to avoid a wait.
• WhatsApp for general enquiries and admin questions where a reply within business hours is fine.
• The form below for anything you would rather put in writing, including medical aid queries, results questions and complaints. We reply within one business day.

When we are open

Consulting hours are 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

We accept walk-in patients during consulting hours. Booked appointments are seen at their times and walk-ins are fitted in around them, so walking in may mean waiting.
