Few patients ever see a GP fee schedule before they book. Ours is published here in full: every consultation, procedure, and screening, with both the medical aid rate and the self-paying / cash rate. We accept 40+ medical aid schemes and welcome self-paying patients. Fees effective 1 April 2026.

Every fee section below shows both the medical aid rate and the self-paying (cash) rate in South African Rand (ZAR). Patients without medical aid are welcome. Payment is due at the time of consultation.

Medical Aid

Medical Aid Patients

We bill your medical aid directly on your behalf. Please bring your medical aid card to every visit. Our BHF Practice Number is 1221566. We accept all major South African schemes including Discovery Health (full network), Bonitas, Momentum Health, and the full MEDSCHEME-administered network (Fedhealth, GEMS, POLMED, Medshield, AECI Medical Aid Society, SAMWUMED, MBMed Medical Aid Fund), plus other schemes.

Self-Paying Rate (ZAR)

Self-Paying Patients

Self-paying patients are welcome. Payment is due on the day of your consultation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFT transfers.

On-Site Dispensing

Medical Aid & Managed Care Schemes

Acute medication dispensed during your consultation may be covered by your scheme subject to your specific scheme rules and approved Acute Medicines Formulary. Where covered, the cost is included in the consultation fee. Where not covered, medication will be charged separately in addition to the consultation fee, as per your scheme rules and approved formulary list.

Medical Insurance

Please confirm your benefit structure with your insurer prior to your consultation. Medication dispensing is subject to your policy terms and conditions.

Self-Paying Patients

Acute medication from our in-house formulary is dispensed where clinically required during your consultation and is included in the consultation fee (T&Cs apply). If a medication is not available from our formulary, a script will be issued for you to collect at a pharmacy of your choice.

Procedures

Procedure fees are charged separately from the consultation fee unless stated otherwise. Medical aid patients are charged per scheme rules. Self-paying patients are charged as per the fee schedule above.
