Online
Quickest option. Book 24/7 on our booking page. You choose the doctor, date, and time, and receive a confirmation within minutes.
Call reception
Phone 044 868 0707 during practice hours, Mon to Fri 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday 09:00 to 13:00. Reception can help if you are unsure what kind of visit you need, or if you want to book multiple family members together.

Message us on 073 819 1836 for general enquiries. We aim to reply the same day during practice hours. Please use phone or book online for clinical questions.
Walk in
Come through to Suite 12, Prince Vintcent Square on Gloucester Avenue, George Central, during practice hours. Last walk-in arrival is 16:20 weekdays and 12:20 Saturday, so your paperwork and consultation complete by closing time. Booked appointments take priority, but we fit in walk-ins where we can.
Telehealth
Select a telehealth consultation when you book online. We send a secure video link before your scheduled time. Good for follow-ups, repeat scripts, and results discussion, from anywhere in South Africa.
Medical aid: what to do first
- Most schemes need no preparation. We bill directly and hand you a receipt.
- Some Discovery plans require you to nominate NeoHealth as your GP before your first visit. See our medical aid page.
- Medical insurance products (Dis-Chem, Kaelo, Affinity) are not medical aid schemes. They require pre-authorisation before each visit, arranged through the product provider.
